Collaborate closely with the CTO to deliver product roadmap milestones and maintain code quality. **Expactations:** - 3–5 years of full‑stack production experience - Proven delivery of feature‑rich web applications - Strong ownership of code quality, performance, and architecture - Ability to blend product sense with technical execution **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs (Node.js, LoopBack) and client‑side applications (React). 2. Integrate AI components that add tangible value to user experience. 3. Build and refine core user flows, ensuring fluidity and high usability. 4. Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability on AWS. 5. Contribute to database modeling and search (MongoDB, Elasticsearch). 6. Reduce technical debt, enforce coding standards, and write comprehensive tests. 7.
