Job title: Director, Business Development & Operations (Home Health) Role Summary: Lead and grow a home‑health branch through field sales, relationship building, and new patient acquisition while managing day‑to‑day operations, compliance, quality standards, and profitability. Expactations: * Achieve and exceed branch sales and profitability targets. * Expand the branch’s presence and influence within the local healthcare community. * Maintain high standards of compliance, quality, and regulatory adherence. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct sales activities to build a robust pipeline. * Identify and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and referral partners. * Develop and execute branch sales and business plans aligned with corporate goals. * Lead the branch: set goals, direct staff, support development, and make operational decisions. * Oversee compliance and quality control to meet company and regulatory expectations. * Manage financial aspects to ensure branch profitability. * Perform additional duties as assigned.
