**Job Title:** IT Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead end-to-end technology projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while managing scope, cost, schedule, staffing, vendors, and contractual obligations. **Expectations:** - Oversee all project phases, maintaining project health metrics and status reporting. - Apply risk, quality, and change management practices. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and vendors. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for software and infrastructure deliverables. - Implement and support third‑party applications and cloud solutions. - Monitor milestones, generate periodic status reports, and adjust plans as needed. - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. - Enforce quality standards and project deliverable criteria. - Manage stakeholder communications and expectations. **Required Skills:** - Project management tools: Microsoft Project, JIRA, SharePoint, Teams. - Proficiency with Agile and Traditional (Waterfall) methodologies. - Experience managing software development, infrastructure, and vendor‑software projects. - Azure Cloud project exposure. - Strong planning, organization, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities. - Effective written and verbal communication. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field. - PMP certification preferred.
