Creative Intern – Studio Island (Amplify U)
**Role Summary**
Support the Creative Director and Art Direction team in developing brand, design, and visual content for Island EMI artists. Collaborate on photography, music videos, merchandise, social and live visuals, while maintaining studio operations and administrative workflows.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality creative assets and presentations for artist campaigns.
- Coordinate shoots, production logistics, and supplier payments.
- Compile research on visual, fashion, and cultural trends to inform creative direction.
- Maintain organized digital archives, contact databases, and project workflows.
- Provide timely administrative support (diary management, meeting notes, PO handling).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in mood‑boarding, deck creation, and reference library development.
- Coordinate photography, styling, and production schedules; secure equipment and talent.
- Prepare polished presentation materials for internal and artist meetings.
- Manage diary, scheduling, and meeting coordination for Creative Director and senior staff.
- Support project workflows: update databases, organize content, track budgets via Uniport.
- Raise purchase orders, track supplier payments, and handle courier/transport arrangements.
- Take clear meeting notes and circulate follow‑ups.
- Maintain shared folders and digital archives, ensuring proper labeling.
- Conduct social‑media scouting for creative inspiration and potential collaborators.
**Required Skills**
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Figma, and Miro.
- Strong visual sense: layout, typography, storytelling, and trend spotting.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Detail‑focused with a hands‑on attitude toward production tasks.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current student or recent graduate in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or related discipline.
- Portfolio demonstrating design, visual storytelling, and creative concepts.
- No formal certifications required, though experience with music industry visuals is advantageous.
