Here at MRJ, we're looking for multiple Senior Full-stack Engineers (Node/React) to help our purpose-led client scale their innovative solution that simplifies appointment management, strengthens customer relationships, and enhances service delivery across their industry. Having captured the tech industry's attention through their powerful platform that is filling a unique niche, they’re ready to take it to the next level and need your help for the next stage.

Up to the challenge?

Salary: £80k-120k + perks
Location | Workplace policy: Hybrid working with 4 days a week in Paddington, London office

What the job involves:

Full-stack feature ownership: Develop and implement new features from inception to completion, including projects such as integrating AI Copilots into our core veterinary software and creating seamless connections with medical devices.
Strategic feature development: Collaborate closely with the CTO and Executive Director to conceptualise and design innovative platform enhancements.
Platform optimisation: Ensure the platform maintains exceptional performance and scalability.
Sales enablement: Work alongside the sales team to successfully launch new features and drive adoption.
Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Skills needed:
Expertise in React or React Native, and Node.js
Back-end web development and full-stack development capabilities
Proficiency in database technologies (Firebase, Supabase, PostgreSQL)
Strong understanding of software design patterns and data structures
Experience with Agile methodologies
Familiarity with AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda functions) preferred
