Job Description: **Job Title** Stage – Chef de Projet IA (H/F) **Role Summary** Student internship (6 months) in a data & AI project management role within a tele‑medicine startup. Reports directly to the COO and works across all business units to analyze, deploy, and optimize AI solutions that support physicians and patients. **Expactations** - Proactively identify and evaluate AI/automation partners and tools. - Set and monitor performance metrics for implemented systems. - Translate user feedback into actionable improvements. - Develop dashboards and insights to drive decision‑making and enhance user experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Research and select AI partners or products for administrative and clinical automation. - Design and implement KPIs to assess AI effectiveness. - Gather and analyze input from doctors, patients, and internal teams to recommend optimizations. - Assist in creating decision‑support tools for clinicians. - Build and maintain dashboards visualizing operational and medical data. - Collaborate with functional teams to convert data insights into actionable recommendations. **Required Skills** - Strong interest and foundational knowledge in AI and data analytics. - Ability to conduct market research and evaluate emerging technologies. - Experience with KPI setting, data monitoring, and iterative improvement. - Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Self‑driven, dynamic, and persistent in a fast‑moving startup environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment in a Grande École de Commerce or Engineering school, preferably in a thesis or internship phase. - Minimum 6‑month internship period available. - No specific certifications required; knowledge of data science, AI frameworks, or ML pipelines is a plus.
