**Job Title:** Machine Learning Engineer **Role Summary:** Senior-level role focused on designing, developing, and deploying advanced time series forecasting models to drive data-driven business decisions. Requires expertise in machine learning (ML) pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, and team leadership for complex data science projects. **Expectations:** 7–10+ years of proven experience in building end-to-end production ML models, with demonstrated proficiency in time series analysis, statistical modeling, and technical mentorship. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and optimize time series forecasting models using business-aligned techniques. - Analyze large time series datasets to identify patterns, seasonality, and anomalies. - Lead ML/LLM operations projects, including model prototyping and applied AI solutions. - Fine-tune large language models and time series algorithms for performance. - Mentor data science/engineering teams and ensure adherence to best practices. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in scikit-learn and core ML principles (regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods). - Mastery of the full ML lifecycle: preprocessing, model selection, validation, hyperparameter tuning, and deployment. - Strong ability to communicate technical concepts (e.g., bias-variance tradeoff, gradient boosting) to non-technical stakeholders. - Hands-on coding and model development experience. **Required Education & Certifications:** Not specified.
