Job Description

**Job Title** Senior Project Manager, Cloud Migration **Role Summary** Lead and manage complex cloud migration projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and compliant with security and regulatory standards. Drive cross-functional collaboration, plan execution, and continuous improvement of processes. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end project success for medium to large migrations. - Maintain rigorous adherence to enterprise security and compliance requirements. - Mentor junior PMs and foster a high‑performance project team. - Demonstrate measurable improvement in project efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for cloud migration initiatives. - Scope, coordinate, and execute project tasks, assigning responsibilities and tracking progress. - Monitor project performance using established PM standards, tools, and methodologies (PMI frameworks, Agile, etc.). - Manage risks, issues, and change requests with documented mitigation and resolution plans. - Liaise with stakeholders, executive sponsors, technical leads, and external partners to align expectations and deliverables. - Ensure all security and compliance activities (state/federal regulations, healthcare accreditation) are integrated into design and implementation. - Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed project documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flows, and change logs. - Conduct periodic reviews, lessons‑learned sessions, and post‑deployment audits. **Required Skills** - Proven experience managing large, complex IT projects (3+ years). - Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure), Power BI, RBAC, CI/CD pipelines. - Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals. - Proficiency with project management tools and documentation. - Excellent communication, consensus‑building, and stakeholder management. - Ability to coach and develop junior project staff. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare IT, or related field. - PMP certification (valid). - PMI member in good standing. ---
