Job Description
Job Title: Director, Global Accounts Role Summary: Lead and grow Clearspeed’s strategic global accounts in EMEA, driving new revenue through direct prospecting, relationship building, and effective sales cycle management. Expactations: • Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas. • Maintain accurate Salesforce records. • Coordinate event participation (webinars, trade shows, conferences). • Deliver on strategic territory objectives and partnership plans. Key Responsibilities: • Build and execute a strategic territory plan. • Develop and expand a book of business within key global accounts using direct prospecting, referrals, and marketing leads. • Identify and cultivate relationships with senior decision‑makers, acting as a trusted advisor. • Lead all stages of the sales process (prospecting, needs assessment, proposal, pricing, negotiation, closing, follow‑up). • Create proposals, negotiate contract terms, and ensure proper documentation. • Stay current on product, service, and competitive landscape. • Align sales activities with Clearspeed’s engagement strategy. Required Skills: • 10+ years enterprise software/solution sales experience. • Proven record of building and closing high‑value accounts. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities. • Experience selling to C‑suite and senior leadership. • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels. • Fluency in one or more European languages (highly desired). Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. • Certifications or training in sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN) preferred but not mandatory.
