Social Media Manager – Brand & Community
**Role Summary**
Own and grow the brand’s social presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp and broadcast channels. Coordinate content calendars, write captions, engage audiences, and sharpen brand voice while collaborating with strategy, creative, performance and influencer teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end‑to‑end content scheduling, calendar maintenance and caption writing for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, and broadcast channels.
- Grow and nurture communities on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, and broadcast channels; increase interaction, loyalty and retention.
- Shape and evolve brand tone of voice across all platforms; write compelling captions that build trust.
- Support content strategy: develop creative briefs, campaign ideas, and content plans with Social Media Strategist and Creators.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, social trends and digital culture; translate insights into relevant, engaging content.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with performance, creative and influencer teams, identifying and engaging suitable creators.
- Leverage AI tools and social management software (Sprout Social or equivalent) to streamline workflow while preserving originality.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience growing brand social channels and managing multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of social strategy, storytelling and content frameworks.
- Fluent, clear, engaging caption writing; consistent brand voice.
- Community management expertise; building trust and engagement.
- Social analytics aptitude; interprets data and optimises performance.
- Independent, self‑driven, proactive problem‑solver.
- Highly organised; able to manage simultaneous channels.
- Proficiency with Sprout Social or similar social management tools.
- Fluent in English.
**Bonus Skills**
- Short‑form video creation (TikTok, Instagram Reels) with basic editing (CapCut, etc.).
- Comfortable on‑camera presence.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- No mandatory degree specified; relevant experience and portfolio preferred.
- Certifications in social media marketing or analytics are an advantage but not required.
