Job Description: Job Title: Data Analyst Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end data pipeline and analytics reporting to drive operational efficiency, marketing insights, and revenue growth for a large wellness booking platform. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality, reliable data assets; build and maintain self‑serve dashboards; act as a data champion across teams; mentor peers; operate in a remote or hybrid setting. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain the data pipeline, including bug fixes and upstream integration. - Write and support LookML code for the Looker BI platform. - Document data infrastructure, flows, and governance. - Coordinate with third‑party providers for data access and transmission. - Work with Operations to analyze therapist performance and availability. - Create and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and topline revenue metrics. - Lead consumer segmentation, persona analysis, churn analysis, and retention initiatives. - Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver self‑serve solutions. - Provide mentorship and training to elevate the analytics team's capabilities. Required Skills: - 3+ years in data analysis. - Expert SQL; proficiency in LookML, Looker or equivalent BI tools. - Experience with GCP/BigQuery; knowledge of dbt framework is a plus. - Strong data modeling, architecture, and governance expertise. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical‑thinking skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Certified – Professional Data Engineer, Looker Data Analyst) preferred but not mandatory.
