Job Description
Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (F/H) Role Summary: Lead and develop the sales performance of the region for a health and wellness product portfolio, ensuring strong on‑field presence, execution of national strategy, and continuous improvement of the sales team’s capabilities. Expectations: - Deliver regional sales targets and profitability. - Maintain high level of presence and coaching in the field. - Align activities with national strategy and marketing initiatives. - Provide clear performance metrics, objective setting, and corrective action. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, mentor and upskill a field sales team. - Conduct regular store visits, individual coaching, and ongoing training. - Implement national strategy with flawless execution at retail outlets. - Monitor sales figures, KPI, and regional profitability. - Define objectives, track results, and develop action plans. - Identify growth levers in partnership with marketing and commercial teams. Required Skills: - Extensive sales expertise and negotiation skills. - Strong coaching, training, and team‑development abilities. - Experience in B2C direct‑to‑consumer sales, preferably in food or related sectors. - Knowledge of the 4Ps of marketing. - Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables. - Comfortable with fieldwork and travel. - Natural leadership, ability to rally and motivate a team. - Rigorous, results‑oriented mindset. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school or university. - Minimum 7 years of commercial experience, including 3 years in field‑sales management.
