Job Description

**Job Title:** Stage – Investment Analyst I&L **Role Summary:** Internship (6 months, January 2026) in the Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets division. Support asset acquisition and disposition projects by preparing advisory documents, performing real‑estate analysis, and building financial models under the guidance of the analysts’ manager. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality advisory reports and presentations for clients. - Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate with consultants and stakeholders. - Maintain a strong focus on analytical rigor, accuracy, and professional communication. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct real‑estate assessment: rental performance, technical attributes, economic environment. - Perform market studies and search for comparable assets. - Draft and guide the creation of information memorandums. - Write commercial documentation: service proposals, market studies, acquisition reports. - Develop and update financial models (DCF, capitalization, developer balance sheet, comparables) and scenario analysis. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Fundamentals of real‑estate transactions and valuation techniques. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Creative mindset for marketing‑oriented reporting. - Ability to work independently and in a team, handle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current student (or recent graduate) pursuing or holding a 4‑5 year degree (Bac+4/5) in business, engineering, university, with a focus on real‑estate and/or finance. ---
