**Job Title:** Artificial Intelligence (AI) Innovation and Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the conception, development, and operational deployment of AI initiatives across the organization. Translate complex technology into actionable business strategies, manage full AI project lifecycles, and cultivate a data‑driven culture. Ensure ethical, compliant, and measurable outcomes that enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and workforce development. **Expectations:** - Deliver a long‑term AI roadmap that aligns with business goals. - Own end‑to‑end AI projects, from ideation to production. - Communicate results clearly to non‑technical stakeholders and secure buy‑in. - Enforce governance, bias monitoring, and ethical use of AI. - Train staff on AI tools and promote workplace safety compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Strategic Leadership** – Develop and champion an AI roadmap; identify high‑impact use cases in guest experience, IT, finance, HR, marketing, revenue management, e‑commerce, and operations. 2. **Operational Implementation** – Act as primary AI resource; prototype, deploy, and maintain AI solutions; collaborate with internal and external technical partners. 3. **Data & Analytics** – Clean, analyze, and model organizational data; build ML models for segmentation, forecasting, pricing, and personalization; integrate outputs into dashboards and executive reports. 4. **Stakeholder Collaboration** – Liaison between AI function and all departments; translate technical findings into plain language; build trust through transparent communication. 5. **Governance & Ethics** – Enforce AI Acceptable Use Policy; set bias monitoring and data protection standards; maintain human oversight of AI outputs. 6. **Training & Literacy** – Promote AI understanding; design and deliver hands‑on training for employees; support daily AI tool usage. 7. **Safety & Compliance** – Ensure all duties comply with safety regulations; occasional travel required; maintain valid driver’s license and clean driving record. **Required Skills:** - Python programming; proficiency with TensorFlow/PyTorch or equivalent. - Experience with AI platforms: OpenAI, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI, UiPath, Power Automate. - Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) and database management. - Statistical analysis, machine learning modeling, and MLOps practices. - Strong communication, critical thinking, problem‑solving, and project management. - Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences; confident public speaker. - Fast learner, adaptable, independent and collaborative. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Proven experience leading AI/ML projects and cross‑functional collaboration. - Familiarity with generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and robotic process automation. - (Optional) Certifications in AI/MLOps or related platforms.
