Job Title: Manager, Business Operations
Role Summary
The Manager, Business Operations leads the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable operational workflows and systems supporting the Global Partnerships function of TKO Group Holdings. This role ensures alignment across Partnerships, Sales, Finance, Production, and Technology, manages vendor relationships, and oversees financial planning and reporting for partnership initiatives.
Expactations
* 3+ years of operations or project management experience in sports, entertainment, media, or technology-enabled environments
* Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field
* Proven track record managing cross‑functional stakeholder relationships and vendor programs
* Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to travel to events for on‑site operational support
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain scalable operational infrastructure, workflows, and documentation for Global Partnerships
* Lead integration, rollout, and continuous improvement of systems platforms (CRM, Monday.com, SharePoint, Canva, etc.)
* Coordinate with Partnerships, Sales, Finance, Production, and Technology teams to align systems to evolving business needs
* Source, onboard, and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring performance meets business requirements
* Partner with leadership on P&L management, budgeting, financial tracking, reporting, and long‑term operational planning
* Support budget forecasting, annual business planning, and cost‑control initiatives
* Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools that enhance partnership operations
* Provide on‑site operational support at events and activations as required
* Lead special projects and high‑priority initiatives to strengthen the operational foundation
Required Skills
* Operations and project management
* System implementation and integration (CRM, workflow, collaboration tools)
* Vendor sourcing, onboarding, and relationship management
* Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
* Data analysis, dashboards, and metrics development
* Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Strong organizational skills, multi‑tasking, and deadline management
* Excellent communicator, stakeholder manager, and collaborator
Required Education & Certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, information systems, or related discipline
* Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2) or operations analytics are a plus, but not mandatory.
