Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst Role Summary: Acts as the liaison between product management, UX, development, QA, and PMO to translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications that drive Agile SCRUM development. Focuses on requirements elicitation, documentation, traceability, and data analysis to support product design, testing, and deployment. Expectations: 4+ years of business analysis in a product or tech environment; adept at Agile SCRUM, stakeholder facilitation, and cross‑functional communication. Proactive learner aiming to become subject‑matter expert in the product domain. Comfortable managing competing priorities, working independently, and collaborating closely with distributed teams. Key Responsibilities: – Gather, analyze, validate, prioritize, and document business requirements, user stories, use cases, and test cases. – Collaborate with Technical Product Managers, UX lead, and development leads to ensure feasibility and quality of deliverables. – Maintain requirement traceability, manage backlog, and coordinate UAT and QA activities. – Conduct data mapping, flow diagramming, and integrity analysis for integration and software changes. – Produce and facilitate knowledge‑transfer documentation; conduct meetings with support groups. – Mentor junior analysts; provide training and guidance within the product team. Required Skills: – Agile SCRUM lifecycle; product management; requirement analysis; requirement document authoring. – SQL/T‑SQL and data modeling concepts; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Power BI/Power Platform. – Familiarity with Tableau; user provisioning; experience in CRM system product management. – Strong analytical, detail orientation, written and oral communication, and stakeholder management. Required Education & Certifications: – Minimum High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred. – Demonstrated experience in Agile SCRUM; certifications in PBIs/Scrum (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, CBAP) advantageous but not mandatory.
