**Job Title:** Senior Director of Brand Development
**Role Summary:**
Lead the strategic vision, execution, and growth of the Dips, Spreads, Seafood, and Dessert brands. Own long‑term brand equity, portfolio performance, and P&L for multiple categories while driving cross‑functional collaboration to launch consumer‑centric innovations and marketing initiatives that increase revenue, margin, and market share.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver year‑over‑year growth in net revenue, margin, and household penetration across assigned categories.
- Build and maintain differentiated brand architecture and positioning that aligns with consumer insights and business objectives.
- Manage P&L, budget, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Establish measurable brand performance metrics and regularly report to senior leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Brand Strategy & Development** – Define vision, positioning, and long‑term plans; ensure portfolio coherence and consumer relevance.
2. **Team Leadership & Development** – Coach a team of brand managers, set clear goals, and foster accountability and creativity.
3. **Innovation & Portfolio Growth** – Partner with Insights, Innovation, R&D, and Ops to launch new products and optimize existing offerings.
4. **Integrated Marketing Execution** – Oversee creative strategy, campaign execution, and vendor relationships across national, regional, and omni‑channel touchpoints.
5. **Business & Financial Management** – Own full P&L, develop annual plans, and track KPIs such as net revenue, margin, distribution, awareness, and repeat purchase.
6. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** – Work with Sales, Category Management, Finance, and Commercial Operations to align retail strategy, pricing, and trade investments.
7. **Stakeholder Reporting** – Provide data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations to VP of Commercial Strategy and executive leadership.
**Required Skills:**

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- MBA strongly preferred.
- 10–12 years of progressive CPG brand/marketing experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven record of driving profitable growth, brand equity, and portfolio performance.
