Job Description
**Job Title** Salesforce Administrator Intern (M/F) **Role Summary** Internally support Salesforce operations to improve CRM efficiency, automation, and data integrity. Work under the CRM & Operations Manager to configure fields, workflows, reports, and automate routine processes. **Expectations** - 3‑5 months internship, full‑time or part‑time. - Deliver tangible improvements in Salesforce configuration, data quality, and automation. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, presenting findings and recommendations. **Key Responsibilities** - Configure and maintain Salesforce: create/modify fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and automation (Process Builder, Flow). - Design, build, and refine reports and dashboards to support business metrics. - Automate routine tasks and repetitive data entry through Flows, Apex triggers, or third‑party tools. - Clean and enforce data governance, including duplicate management, record deduplication, and data hygiene. - Participate in CRM process mapping and propose enhancements to streamline operations. - Document configuration changes, create user guides, and support end‑user training. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with the Salesforce admin team. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Comfortable with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce Lightning. - Basic understanding of data structures, data quality concepts, and automation tools. - Proficiency with Excel and SQL or similar query language is a plus. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Self‑motivated, independent, and eager to learn new technologies. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current student pursuing a Bachelor's (Bac+3) to Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. - Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent is desirable but not mandatory.
