Job Title: DevOps Engineer (F/H/X)
Role Summary
Lead the design, deployment, and operation of production and client infrastructures. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate configuration, and ensure security, performance, and reliability across on-prem and cloud environments.
Expactations
• Deep experience in Linux system administration and virtualization (Proxmox, VMware).
• Proven ability to orchestrate containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with public clouds (AWS, Azure) and on‑prem cloud hosts (OVH, Scaleway, Infomaniak).
• Strong grasp of web technology stacks (Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP) and DevOps tooling (GitLab‑CI, SonarQube, Prettier, ESLint).
• Commitment to security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent collaboration with developers, project managers, and cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain stable, secure, high‑performance infrastructures.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts to shorten release cycles.
- Manage configuration consistency across environments using IaC.
- Monitor application and server performance; implement tuning and capacity planning.
- Enforce security controls, patch management, and compliance checks.
- Promote DevOps practices, mentor team members, and coordinate task allocation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry standards.
Required Skills
- Linux administration (systemd, networking, shells).
- Virtualization and container platforms (Proxmox VE, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Cloud public services (AWS, Azure) and on‑prem cloud providers (OVH, Scaleway, Infomaniak).
- Expertise with IaC (Terraform, Ansible).
- CI/CD tooling (GitLab‑CI, Jenkins, etc.).
- Code quality tools (SonarQube, ESLint, Prettier).
- Understanding of Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP ecosystems.
- Security mindset: vulnerability assessment, threat modeling, compliance.
- Strong scripting in Bash, Python or similar.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Professional certifications preferred: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar.
