Job Description

**Job Title:** Remote Data Support Specialist **Role Summary:** Operate as a virtual data steward for a clinical team, ensuring precise collection, verification, and reporting of patient and operational data to support decision‑making and compliance. **Expectations:** Provide accurate, timely data services independently in a remote setting; maintain high data quality, uphold privacy standards, and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional staff. **Key Responsibilities:** - Capture, validate, and enter patient and clinic data (treatment metrics, scheduling, billing codes, outcomes). - Conduct regular audits for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. - Generate and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership on clinical performance, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes. - Resolve data discrepancies with therapists, admin staff, and operations managers. - Recommend and implement improvements to data collection processes and reporting tools. - Ensure compliance with health data privacy regulations and internal documentation protocols. - Deliver virtual training and support on data entry practices, system usage, and dashboard tools. **Required Skills:** - 2+ years of data entry or analysis experience, preferably in healthcare/clinical settings. - Proficiency with data management software, advanced spreadsheets, and data visualization platforms. - Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking. - Clear, professional communication and collaborative problem‑solving. - Self‑directed work habits and strong remote work discipline. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Management, or related field preferred. - HIPAA or other health data privacy certification advantageous.
