Job title: Assistant CRM & Marketing Campaigns (Internship, Jan 2026) Role Summary: Six‑month internship in the Digital Department’s CRM team, supporting the CRM Campaign Manager with operational management, data handling, and analysis of client engagement initiatives across Salesforce Marketing Cloud channels (newsletters, SMS, Wallet). Expactations: Deliver accurate, timely campaign execution; coordinate routing and content approval; create targeted audiences; manage internal retail inquiries; maintain daily communication with external programming partners; monitor bi‑weekly campaign performance; contribute ideas for marketing automation; track quantitative objectives; support cross‑functional projects; perform competitive benchmarking of templates and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Integrate newsletters into Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Coordinate routing for newsletters, SMS, and Wallet campaigns. - Validate content with relevant stakeholders. - Build and segment audiences. - Handle retail‑side interactions and requests. - Communicate daily with programming and routing vendors. - Track and report bi‑weekly and consolidated campaign results. - Propose and help roll out marketing automation solutions. - Monitor KPI compliance. - Assist on cross‑departmental initiatives. - Benchmark competitor newsletters and propose template enhancements. Required Skills: - Experience (or strong interest) in CRM campaign management. - Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (basic). - Excellent organizational and analytical abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail. - Proactive, autonomous, and team‑oriented. - Proficiency in English (minimum B2). Required Education & Certifications: - Current enrollment in a Bachelor‑level (Bac +4/5) university or business school program with a digital specialization. - Preferred: coursework or certification related to CRM, marketing automation, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
