Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager – France Role Summary: Develop and expand VT Markets’ broker and partner portfolio in the French CFD market, driving new leads, cultivating relationships, managing sales pipeline, analyzing competition, resolving partner issues, and meeting quarterly sales targets. Expactations: - Consistently hit monthly and quarterly sales quotas through a continually refreshed pipeline. - Build and maintain strong relationships with introducing brokers and partners, ensuring high partner satisfaction. - Contribute significantly to top‑line growth and user acquisition. - Actively represent VT Markets at industry events, workshops, and seminars. Key Responsibilities: - Originate and qualify new business leads (IBs, partners) within the CFD industry in France. - Nurture and sustain relationships with existing partners, serving as primary contact for issues. - Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring steady progress toward targets. - Conduct periodic competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion. - Resolve partner concerns by coordinating with internal teams and providing timely solutions. - Prepare sales presentations, data analysis in Excel, and pitch decks in PowerPoint. - Engage in external events to promote VT Markets and drive lead generation. Required Skills: - 3+ years of business development experience in CFD, with a proven track record with IBs and partners. - Established personal portfolio of IBs/partners in the French market. - Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. - Analytical mindset and problem‑solving ability. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree (field unspecified). - CRM or sales‑development certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
