Job Description
**Job Title** Advertising Manager – Apprentice (Male/Female) **Role Summary** Assists the Sales Director in managing and expanding strategic advertising accounts within a public‑transport media network. Supports commercial development, campaign coordination, performance analysis, and sustainability initiatives while using CRM, digital tools, and internal processes. **Expectations** - Achieve set commercial targets and contribute to growth of strategic accounts. - Deliver high‑quality client service, aligning agency briefs and advertising goals. - Adopt and promote environmental and quality standards (ISO 14001, carbon footprint). - Operate independently and collaboratively with media traders, agencies, clients, and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify new business opportunities; pursue and qualify prospects. - Develop client proposals and recommendations incorporating market data. - Coordinate media buys: brief, execution, tracking, and result reporting. - Manage campaign documentation (presentations, reports, performance analytics). - Update and maintain CRM (Salesforce) with account and campaign data. - Resolve billing, contractual, and payment issues; mitigate credit risk. - Monitor industry trends; advise on innovative strategies. - Conduct post‑campaign analysis to highlight optimisation opportunities. - Promote and implement sustainability practices (carbon calculation, waste reduction, digital etiquette). **Required Skills** - Strong communication written and verbal. - Analytical mindset: ability to evaluate performance data and derive insights. - Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with media buying processes and digital advertising concepts. - Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented. - Team player with a client‑focused attitude. - Basic understanding of environmental and quality management frameworks. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Media, Advertising, Marketing, or related field. ---
