**Job Title**
Brand Activation Manager (Contract 6 months)
**Role Summary**
Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activation campaigns across a designated market, translating global brand strategy into actionable, measurable in‑store and experiential initiatives. Collaborate with category and channel services, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with distribution, pricing, and promotional objectives.
**Expectations**
- Deliver end‑to‑end activation plans that meet defined KPIs and brand positioning.
- Work closely with the Market Lead and CS&I partners to prioritize initiatives and secure necessary approvals.
- Provide regular status updates, early‑stage results, and post‑campaign insights.
- Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders, ensuring clarity on objectives and deadlines.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Translate global brand strategy and KPIs into a detailed activation brief.
2. Define distribution, pricing, asset, calendar, and HCP priorities in line with brand positioning, competitive benchmarking, and consumer insights.
3. Coordinate with CS&I to ensure feasibility of assets and promotional calendar.
4. Consolidate and share the activation calendar with Sales, CS&I, and Market Lead.
5. Monitor execution across the market, track progress, and report first‑look performance.
6. Present brand/activation plans at sales meetings and conventions.
7. Protect and rationalize prioritization against cluster activation guidelines, ensuring alignment with country and category plans.
8. Influence stakeholder buy‑in, negotiate timelines, and resolve cross‑functional disputes.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years in brand activation, experiential marketing, trade marketing, or brand management (FMCG or pharmaceutical).
- Proven record of successfully delivering activations or events with measurable impact.
- Fluency in French and English; strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent stakeholder‑management and influencing skills.
- Project management proficiency, including timeline creation, budget oversight, and milestone tracking.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in Marketing, Activation or Trade Marketing are advantageous but not mandatory.
