Job title: Senior Infrastructure Engineer Role Summary: Design, implement, and optimize secure network and cloud infrastructures for small to medium‑size businesses, delivering scalable, high‑performance solutions in a client‑focused environment. Expactations: • 10+ years hands‑on infrastructure design, support, and implementation • Expertise with Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki, Juniper, Ubiquiti • Advanced network architecture for SMB environments • Proficiency in VMware, Hyper‑V, and Dell hardware (RAID) • Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022, Azure AD, Intune, O365 • Proven troubleshooting of complex network issues • Preferred certifications: CCNP, Fortinet NSE Key Responsibilities: • Architect and deploy networking, virtualization, and cloud solutions for clients • Configure, manage, and secure network devices and platforms • Implement storage and server provisioning (Windows Server, VMware/Hyper‑V) • Monitor network performance and enforce security best practices • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents • Document solutions, perform capacity planning, and optimize designs for scalability Required Skills: • Network design & architecture • Routing & switching (Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, Meraki, Ubiquiti) • Virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V) • Dell hardware & RAID configuration • Windows Server administration (2019/2022) • Azure AD, Azure Intune, Office 365 • Scripted automation (PowerShell, Bash) • Incident management & problem solving • Client communication & project coordination Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred) • CCNP (preferred) • Fortinet NSE (preferred)
