Role Summary: Join a venture‑backed robotics startup focused on AI‑driven automation for sustainable construction, contributing across software, hardware, production, finance, HR, marketing, or sales.
Expactations: Bring domain expertise, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and drive the development of scalable, high‑quality building technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize AI algorithms, robotic control systems, or manufacturing processes.
- Prototype and test hardware components or software solutions.
- Enhance production workflows and enforce quality standards for robotic products.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Create marketing strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement materials.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks, robotics platforms, or manufacturing processes.
- Programming (Python, C++, ROS, etc.) or mechanical design experience.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, or business finance.
- Effective cross‑functional communication and teamwork.
Required Education & Certifications:
