Administer Active Directory, file servers, Group Policy, and networking components on-premises. Job Title: Full Stack Engineer (W2) Role Summary: Build, maintain, and scale enterprise‑grade applications on the AWS cloud, delivering both serverless microservices and front‑end components in a highly collaborative, on‑site environment. Expectations: Lead design, architecture, and technical discussions; mentor peers on API design and secure coding; ensure high availability, observability, and continuous delivery through cloud‑native practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy AWS‑native, serverless microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs. - Create robust data persistence layers and enforce data modeling best practices. - Build responsive front‑end UIs using modern frameworks (React/Vue/Angular). - Collaborate with product and IT teams to align solutions with business objectives. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated monitoring. - Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and uphold application security standards.
