**Job title** Sales Development Representative (Gender-Neutral) **Role Summary** Drive Hublo’s growth by prospecting, qualifying, and scheduling sales opportunities for the SaaS platform serving healthcare organisations. Work closely with experienced sales staff and report directly to the Head of Sales. **Expectations** - Generate and qualify new leads, balancing 80 % outbound and 20 % inbound activities. - Secure quality sales appointments and hand‑off with complete pre‑qualifications. - Maintain rigorous, accurate data in the CRM. - Continuously improve prospecting processes and conversion tactics. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify target prospects within the French healthcare sector through email, calls, social media, and events. - Outreach and nurture leads via multi‑channel campaigns. - Book qualified meetings with senior decision‑makers for the sales team. - Pre‑qualify appointments, capturing key information for follow‑up. - Record all interactions and close‑out metrics in CRM. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting and messaging. - Provide feedback on pipeline health and prospect insights to inform strategy. **Required Skills** - Prior SDR/BDR or outbound prospecting experience. - Strong written and verbal communication in French (native) and English. - Proven resilience and persistence in high‑call volume environments. - Results‑driven mindset with ambition to exceed targets. - Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. - Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Ability to synthesize information and provide clear, concise pre‑qualification notes. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent commercial/marketing background. - Any certifications in sales or prospecting methods preferred but not mandatory.
