Job Description

Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer Role Summary: Designs, builds, and maintains secure, scalable infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments to ensure reliability and performance of global trading systems. Focus on automation, observability, and incident response. Expectations: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field. - 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering. Key Responsibilities: - Build, monitor, and optimize production environments across cloud/on-premises infrastructure. - Develop automation, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines for system deployments. - Integrate new technologies to enhance system performance, scalability, and security. - Manage multi-region environments with low latency, high availability, and security requirements. - Improve observability, monitoring, and incident response processes. - Collaborate with traders and developers to maintain dynamic trading platform functionality. Required Skills: - Extensive Kubernetes expertise (Helm, ecosystem tools). - Proficiency in AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform). - Hands-on Ansible experience for OS-agnostic configurations and inventory management. - Strong Linux administration skills (Ubuntu/Debian preferred). - Python programming for automation, integration, and system tools. - Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative software development practices. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or technical discipline. - Proven experience in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Platform Engineering (5+ years).
