Job Title: 2026 Summer Policy & Investment Internship – PATHWAY Role Summary: Interns will conduct policy and regulatory analysis to assess impacts on investment opportunities across multiple sectors. They will interpret financial documents, develop investment insights, draft research notes, and present findings to clients within a client-facing, research-driven environment. Expectations: - Strong analytical ability to review complex datasets and policy documents. - Clear written and verbal communication for client presentations and research writing. - High work ethic, attention to detail, and proactive inquiry for accurate conclusions. - Passion for understanding how regulatory changes affect private and public sector investments. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze EU and UK regulatory policies and assess their implications for institutional investors and corporate clients. - Review company financial statements, annual and quarterly reports, and investor presentations to identify investment signals. - Produce concise investment research notes and policy summaries. - Pitch investment ideas and findings to stakeholder and client audiences. - Conduct stakeholder interviews and collect primary data to support research output. - Collaborate with research teams to deliver client-ready deliverables. Required Skills: - Data analysis and critical review of large policy and financial datasets. - Effective written reporting and oral presentation skills. - Team collaboration and project coordination. - Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. - Self‑driven learning and question‑asking to resolve uncertainties. Required Education & Certifications: - Current undergraduate senior or graduate student completing a Master’s degree. - Demonstrated high academic performance. - Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom without employer sponsorship. - Background or demonstrated interest in policy analysis, investment, or related fields.
