Job Description
**Job Title** New Business Executive – IAM **Role Summary** Drive new customer acquisition and full sales cycle for Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. Own prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal closure while collaborating with Delivery, Pre‑Sales, and cross‑practice teams. Shape and communicate the IAM value proposition to secure strategic deals and support organizational growth. **Expectations** - Deliver a proven track record of new‑logo wins in B2B IT/solutions sales. - Manage end‑to‑end sales process from lead generation to contract signing. - Provide accurate forecasting, maintain pipeline health, and adhere to sales governance. - Communicate complex IAM value to diverse stakeholders. - Travel as required and maintain a 40‑hour remote work baseline. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify, qualify, and close new business in target market segments. - Own full sales cycle: lead generation, needs assessment, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure. - Build and maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). - Respond to RFPs and tenders efficiently and competitively. - Position and evolve IAM practice value proposition with partner teams. - Leverage cross‑selling opportunities and share market insights. **Required Skills** - 3–6 years of challenger sales experience in B2B solution or IT, with a strong new‑logo track record. - Expertise in stakeholder mapping, account planning, and discovery. - Proven ability to sell value‑based solutions and structure deals. - Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with strategic, proactive mindset. - Comfortable using prospecting and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, Dynamics, AFAS, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Proficiency in English (written & verbal); additional fluency in German, Dutch, or Danish preferred. - Valid EU driver’s license; willing to travel occasionally. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (field of study flexible). - Relevant IAM or security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Azure AD, AWS IAM) are advantageous but not mandatory.
