Job title: Digital Brand Content Manager
Role Summary:
Lead the global creation, management, and optimisation of editorial and visual content across all digital touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency, high engagement, and conversion performance.
Expectations:
* Deliver consistent, high‑quality content aligned with brand voice and artistic direction
* Meet project deadlines and production budgets
* Drive data‑driven optimisations and SEO/social best practices
* Collaborate across internal teams and external agencies
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, adapt, and produce content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, e‑commerce (Shopify), and CRM (Klaviyo)
* Develop and maintain a strategic editorial calendar that supports e‑commerce and marketing goals
* Write compelling copy for social media, e‑commerce listings, CRM campaigns, newsletters, and paid media assets (Meta, Google Ads) in English and French
* Oversee production workflows, coordinate with photographers, videographers, motion graphics artists, and 3D designers
* Analyse performance metrics (Google Analytics, social platform insights, CRM data) and recommend optimisations to improve engagement, CTR, and conversion rates
* Maintain brand tone, style, and visual identity across all channels
* Incorporate SEO, hashtag strategy, and platform best practices to maximise reach and visibility
* Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies (AI‑generated assets, 3D, AR)
Required Skills:
* Strategic vision for digital content across CRM, e‑commerce, paid & organic social
* Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major platforms
* Strong digital copywriting (English & French) with brand storytelling expertise
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, etc.)
* Analytical mindset; proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights, CRM dashboards) and content‑management systems
* Excellent project management, deadline‑oriented, and collaborative abilities
* Passion for luxury and fragrance brand environments
Required Education & Certifications:
* Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field
* Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in digital content creation and management for a consumer brand
* Fluency in English (written & spoken) is mandatory; French language proficiency is preferred.
