Job Description

**Job Title:** Internship – AI Transformation **Role Summary:** Provide end‑to‑end support for the implementation of a company‑wide AI strategy, combining internal transformation initiatives with business‑strategy development. Deliver AI solutions, design user experience, create training, establish internal certification, and assess market opportunities and risks. **Expectations:** • 6‑month full‑time internship (final year or gap period). • Proactively contribute to workshops, projects, and strategic analyses. • Demonstrate independence, curiosity, and entrepreneurial mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate workshops with business units, delivering AI solutions (custom GPTs, APIs) using a digital UX‑design approach. - Enrich and maintain a training catalogue (tutorials, e‑learning modules) and conduct associated training sessions. - Design and implement an internal certification program for AI competency. - Map impacts of generative, agent, and general AI on the organization and identify market opportunities. - Contribute to the business strategy, addressing reputational, legal, and technical risks (ethics, dependency, brand image). - Perform market research on AI tools, evaluate maturity and fit for potential adoption. - Undertake occasional travel as required. **Required Skills:** - Hands‑on proficiency with leading AI tools: Claude, Perplexity, Mistral, ChatGPT, Copilot, and similar platforms. - Strong grasp of AI development concepts, challenges, and implications. - Ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear, business‑relevant language. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills. - Self‑directed, intellectually curious, and entrepreneurial approach. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum 5‑year university degree (Bac +5) in engineering, business, or a Master’s in AI or Digital Transformation. - Current student status or recent graduate; internship or sabbatical eligible. ---
