Job Description: Job title: Independent Sales Representative / Brand Ambassador – Organic Cosmetics & Wellness Role Summary: Act as an autonomous sales agent to expand market presence for a handcrafted, certified‑organic cosmetics brand across specialty stores, concept shops, wellness boutiques and pharmacies. Build, manage, and grow a network of retailers while providing product expertise and brand advocacy. Expectations: - Commission‑only remuneration based on sales volume. - Target coverage in Bretagne, western France (Rennes, Vannes, Quimper, Lorient) and major urban markets (Paris and other large cities). - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build long‑term retailer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and recruit new resellers (bio‑stores, concept stores, wellness centers, pharmacies). - Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for buying managers, emphasizing product quality, sourcing, and ethical credentials. - Provide ongoing support, training, and inventory management assistance to retailers. - Monitor sales performance, report results, and recommend strategies to optimize channel growth. - Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Required Skills: - Proven sales experience in cosmetics, wellness, or organic product sectors. - Strong network knowledge of independent boutique and specialty retail channels. - Excellent presentation, communication, and pedagogy skills. - Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of managing a sales territory independently. - Ability to build trustful, long‑term relationships with retailers. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum high‑school diploma; relevant university degree or industry certifications considered an asset (e.g., cosmetics, biopharma, or eco‑product knowledge).
