Job title: AI Automation & Onboarding Specialist (Remote)
Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end design, build, test, and deployment of AI‑powered sales automation pipelines. Own full ownership from client kickoff through live launch, driving return on automation and scalable engagement across multi‑channel touchpoints.
Expactations:
- 3+ years of hands‑on workflow automation (n8n, Make.com, Zapier, etc.).
- Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations.
- Experience deploying AI agents (e.g., Vapi, LangChain, GPT‑based bots).
- Strong client‑facing communication and leadership in onboarding calls.
- Self‑starter with a builder mindset; documents flows, leads outcome ownership.
- Ability to scale, test, troubleshoot, and iterate automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client onboarding calls, translate objectives into functional AI systems.
- Configure & deploy voice AI and DM agents that handle objections and schedule calls.
- Build multi‑channel flows (SMS, email, voice, social DMs, CRM triggers) with tools such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Slack, Twilio.
- Perform QA, stress testing, and performance tuning to ensure robust automation at scale.
- Continuously refine objection handling, re‑engagement, and sequencing for maximum conversion.
- Experiment with agentic AI and autonomous workflows to extend automation autonomy.
- Produce detailed flow documentation and present progress to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Automation platform expertise (n8n, Make.com, Zapier, GoHighLevel).
- API, webhook, and CRM integration knowledge.
- Deployment of AI conversational agents (Vapi, LangChain, GPT‑based, Relevance AI).
- Client‑facing onboarding and clear communication.
- Flow‑oriented problem solving, documentation, and outcome ownership.
- Bonus: scripting in Python or JavaScript for advanced logic.
- Bonus: experience with agentic AI frameworks.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Certifications in automation platforms (e.g., Zapier Certified, n8n Certified) are a plus.
