**Job Title:** Hiring Media Buyer Specialist (Full‑Stack Growth + Funnel Strategist)
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end customer acquisition across Facebook/Instagram, Google, and TikTok Shop. Serve as CRO, strategist, and performance marketer to design, test, and scale full‑funnel systems that convert cold traffic into paying customers. Own copy creation, funnel architecture, budget management, and data‑driven optimization.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver consistent ROAS while lowering CAC and maximizing LTV.
- Manage 6‑7 figure media budgets and produce measurable growth.
- Lead A/B testing, copywriting, funnel design, and funnel optimization from launch through scaling.
- Collaborate with founders and marketing leaders, setting KPIs and driving results.
- Build and eventually lead a small performance team as the company expands.
- Operate during Pacific Time (PST) hours.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, launch, and scale paid‑social and search campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok Shop.
- Conduct daily performance reviews; adjust creative, audiences, bidding, and spend.
- Own full‑funnel architecture: landing pages, advertorials, checkout flows, upsells, and lead‑gen funnels.
- Design, implement, and track A/B tests on copies, hooks, CTAs, offers, and page elements.
- Write high‑converting ads, headlines, VSL scripts, and landing page copy aligned with customer psychology.
- Build new funnels from scratch for product launches across supplements, telehealth, SaaS, etc.
- Coordinate design and copy with internal or external designers for landing pages.
- Set KPIs, manage budgets, and own outcome accountability.
- Scale paid traffic profitably and prepare growth roadmaps.
**Required Skills:**
- 2‑5+ years experience as paid‑social and search media buyer; expert in Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Proven track record managing 6‑7 figure budgets with measurable growth outcomes.
- Direct‑response copywriting and CRO mastery: ads, landing pages, VSLs, and funnel copy.
- Full‑funnel building experience using ClickFunnels, Webflow, HighLevel, Unbounce, or similar.
- Advanced A/B testing skills and funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset; daily use of data to inform iterative testing.
- Strategic thinking with CMO mindset; execution‑oriented performance operator.
- Ability to create or spearhead creative assets and landing pages without waiting on external resources.
- Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Meta Blueprint certification, Google Ads certification, or equivalent paid‑media credentials.
