**Job Title** Humanitarian Workers Protection Advocacy Analyst – Protection Mechanism **Role Summary** Provide technical analysis, policy positioning, and advocacy support for the Protection Mechanism that safeguards international and national humanitarian workers in conflict and crisis contexts. Act as the primary advocate, coordinating external stakeholders and representing the mechanism to influence policy and protect frontline staff. **Expactations** - Deliver evidence‑based briefs and policy briefs to inform strategy. - Build collaborative relationships with public, private, and multilateral partners. - Manage advocacy campaigns, monitoring implementation of the action plan. - Engage in multi‑actor influence efforts, ensuring alignment with national and international humanitarian directives. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop, implement, and monitor the advocacy action plan for protecting humanitarian workers. 2. Conduct in‑depth research, synthesize findings, and produce high‑quality policy analyses and position papers. 3. Advise the Protection Mechanism on technical and policy issues; contribute to strategic positioning. 4.
