Job Description

**Job Title** C++ Developer **Role Summary** Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑performance, low‑level C++ applications, integrating closely with Windows services, COM components, and hardware resources. Deliver scalable code with robust performance, collaborating with QA and product teams in an Agile environment. **Expectations** - 6–8 years of professional experience in C++ (C# knowledge is a plus). - Proven track record of building and optimizing performance‑critical applications. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery. **Key Responsibilities** - Write clean, reusable, and efficient C++ code for new features and enhancements. - Identify performance bottlenecks, debug issues, and implement optimizations. - Develop Windows services and COM components that interface directly with OS or hardware. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (QA, product managers) to define requirements and ship features on schedule. - Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain comprehensive documentation. - Participate in architecture discussions for low‑level system integration and scalability. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in C++ (modern standards, STL, multithreading, data structures). - Experience with C#, API calls, and Windows service development. - Knowledge of COM (Component Object Model) and low‑level Windows APIs. - Strong debugging, profiling, and performance‑tuning abilities. - Comfortable with Visual Studio and related build tools. - Familiarity with Agile workflows and continuous integration practices. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Azure certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
