Job Description

Job title: Director, Infrastructure & Security Operations Role Summary Lead and mature global IT infrastructure and security operations, shaping strategy, delivery, and transformation for system availability, performance, and security across network, cloud, data center, endpoint, and service desk. Expactations • 10+ years in infrastructure & security operations, 3+ years in leadership • Proven ability to influence technical & business stakeholders globally • Hands‑on expertise in troubleshooting, risk assessment, and incident response • Experience with AWS, enterprise security tooling, and enterprise service management Key Responsibilities • Manage global infrastructure and security teams (network, cloud, data center, endpoint, service desk) • Own end‑to‑end operational strategy for availability, performance, and security monitoring • Ensure incident response readiness and operational excellence in day‑to‑day execution • Partner with CISO on long‑term secure, resilient IT strategy and roadmap • Drive automation, observability, and scalability across infrastructure & security stack • Act as escalation point for technical troubleshooting and security event resolution • Guide vendor selection, contract negotiations, and SLA compliance with third‑party providers • Coordinate with Enterprise Applications, Data Analytics, Legal, and Trade Compliance teams Required Skills • Systems engineering, networking, and cloud infrastructure (AWS) • Enterprise security tooling and security operations best practices • Incident response, security monitoring, and operational risk management • Team building, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration • Strong communication, influence, and presentation abilities Required Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Professional certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent preferred • Familiarity with NIST CSF, ITIL, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRamp advantageous
