Job title: Director, Brand Creative Lead Role Summary: Lead the strategic and creative direction of a major consumer brand’s advertising, communications, and cultural activations. Own the entire creative journey—from concept to execution—across TV, social, partnership, PR, influencer, and experiential platforms. Mentor a small creative team and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver work that is authentic, disruptive, and consumer‑centric. Expectations: - Minimum 10 years of progressive creative leadership in brand marketing, with proven experience driving integrated campaigns that span TV, digital, and experiential media. - Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into compelling creative concepts that resonate with broad audiences. - Comfortable pitching ideas to senior leadership, storyboarding on demand, and influencing decision makers across functions. - Passion for nature, plants, and outdoor storytelling, bringing personal enthusiasm to brand narratives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee brand advertising and communications strategy, ensuring cultural relevance and strong consumer engagement. - Lead integrated creative campaigns across all touchpoints (TV, social, partnerships, PR, influencer, activations) and coordinate rapid “speed‑to‑culture” moments. - Partner with Insights, Digital, and platform teams to embed consumer insights and data into creative execution. - Manage external agency relationships, providing feedback, setting clear objectives, and accelerating decision‑making. - Mentor and inspire a direct reports team (Art Director, Copywriter, Integrated Marketing Manager) to grow creatively and professionally. - Own strategic discussions with North American leadership, presenting creative recommendations that align with business objectives. Required Skills: - Strategic creative leadership and campaign development across multiple media. - Strong storytelling, copy, and visual communication abilities. - Agency liaison and relationship management. - Cross‑functional collaboration, influencing senior stakeholders. - Budget oversight, timeline management, and delivery execution. - Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and modern activation tactics. - Passion for plant‑based lifestyle content. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Film, or related field. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, AMP) are a plus but not mandatory.
