Job Description

Job Title: CAO/DAO Trainer Role Summary: Design and deliver training programs focused on computer-aided design (CAD) and digital architecture tools, tailoring content to participants’ professional levels and operational needs while ensuring compliance with national quality standards. Expections: Deliver engaging, interactive sessions that improve participants’ proficiency, support individualized skill development, assess learning outcomes, and propose continuous improvement measures. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, develop, and deliver training in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Project, and Illustrator. • Customize instructional materials and learning paths to suit varying skill levels and industry contexts. • Provide one‑to‑one guidance and support to foster competency growth. • Conduct learner assessments and provide constructive feedback. • Ensure training aligns with Qualiopi national quality framework. • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand training demands and resource constraints. Required Skills: • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Project, Illustrator, and related CAD/DAO tools. • Strong pedagogical skills: instructional design, adult learning principles, interactive facilitation, and experiential learning techniques. • Ability to contextualize software use across diverse engineering, design, and project management sectors. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Organizational and project management capability to structure training according to quality standards. • Adaptability to varying learning environments and participant needs. Required Education & Certifications: • Degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, Engineering, or Graphic Design (or equivalent). • Proven training experience with working professionals. • Certification or formal training in instructional design or a recognized equivalent (e.g., Certified Training Professional, CPDT, or similar). • Knowledge of Qualiopi (National Quality Reference Framework).
