Job Description
Job title: Marketing Lead Specialist – France Role Summary: Lead the end‑to‑end marketing function for the French region. Own strategy, execution and performance for brand, demand, ABM, events and product launches, driving measurable pipeline growth and commercial impact in partnership with sales and regional leadership. Expectations: - Own tangible marketing outcomes aligned to revenue and pipeline targets. - Maintain an AI‑first, data‑driven approach to planning, execution and optimisation. - Influence senior stakeholders and advocate marketing priorities across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with EMEA plans and best practices. - Partner with sales to co‑create pipeline plans, priority accounts and growth programs. - Design & operate full‑funnel, multi‑channel campaigns for new logos and install‑base. - Lead ABM initiatives across 1:1, 1:Few and 1:Many segments targeting high‑value accounts. - Drive customer marketing for retention, advocacy, expansion and community building. - Manage industry association activities, flagship events, tradeshows and forums in France. - Craft quarterly thought‑leadership, press and media plans; collaborate with media partners and 3rd parties to amplify reach. Required Skills: - 7+ years of B2B marketing experience (mid‑market software/SaaS/tech). - Proven ownership of regional marketing across brand, demand, ABM, events and launches. - Experience partnering with sales leadership to deliver pipeline impact. - Proficiency in marketing platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense) and performance reporting. - Strong stakeholder management, communication and storytelling abilities. - Fluent in French and professional in English. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. - Relevant certifications in digital marketing, ABM or marketing technology preferred.
