**Job Title** Freelance Business Developer / Closer **Role Summary** Full‑time remote commercial role combining outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and close‑out of B2B deals. Responsible for identifying qualified prospects, conducting discovery conversations, maintaining pipeline, and securing signed agreements. **Expectations** - Operate exclusively as a freelance contractor. - Commit to full‑time hours in a 100 % remote environment. - Deliver results measured through monthly performance metrics. - Maintain professional communication in both French and English. **Key Responsibilities** - **Outbound prospecting (30 %)** – Use Kaspr, Fullenrich, Heyreach, Lemlist, and Ringover to locate and initiate contact with qualified B2B prospects. - **Lead qualification & nurturing (40 %)** – Evaluate incoming leads, conduct discovery calls, tailor proposals, follow‑up, and guide prospects to signing. - **Pipeline & tools management (30 %)** – Update and segment prospect databases, generate performance reports in Google Sheets, coordinate schedules via Calendly, and optimize prospecting campaigns. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B commercial development experience with strong closing record. - Advanced verbal and written communication in French (fluent) and English (proficient). - Self‑management, prioritisation, and deadline discipline in a fully remote setting. - Proficiency with prospecting, enrichment, automation, and reporting tools listed above. - High motivation for measurable results and continuous improvement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in business, marketing, or related field preferred. - Relevant sales or marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot, SalesForce, or equivalent) considered an asset.
