Job Description: **Job Title** Warehouse Manager / Stocker / Logistics Officer – Multifunctional Projects (M/F) **Role Summary** Oversee all warehouse and logistics operations for a high‑end landscaping and green space development company. Ensure efficient receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and tools to field teams, maintaining accurate records and compliance with safety and quality standards. **Expectations** - Functionally autonomous, proactive, and detail‑oriented. - Manage day‑to‑day physical and digital stock management. - Support construction sites by preparing required materials. - Keep the warehouse environment clean, organized, and safe. - Operate a forklift for material handling. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying product quality and accuracy. 2. Store and organize inventory, ensuring proper shelving, labeling, and traceability. 3. Prepare and dispatch materials and tools to active landscaping projects. 4. Update and maintain inventory records using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). 5. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, layout, and adherence to safety regulations. 6. Operate a forklift (Fenwick or equivalent) for handling heavy or bulky items. 7. Collaborate with on‑site teams to coordinate material requirements and scheduling. **Required Skills** - Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse or logistics management within construction or landscaping sectors. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); fast learner of new IT tools. - Ability to handle heavy and bulky loads safely. - Familiarity with gardening and landscaping tools (e.g., jigsaws, planers). - Good organizational, time‑management, and communication skills. - Team‑player attitude and professional conduct. **Required Education & Certifications** - Vocational or higher education in logistics, supply chain, or construction technologies (equivalent). - Forklift operating licence (equivalent to “Fenwick” type). - Possession of a heavy‑vehicle licence is a plus. ---
