**Job Title** Internship Consultant – Operations Strategy & Performance Optimization **Role Summary** Support senior consultants in delivering operational strategy, process improvement, and performance optimization projects for industrial clients. Work on value‑chain activities such as supply chain, production, R&D, and services, applying excellence‑operation methods to achieve measurable results. **Expectations** - Complete a 6‑month internship within a consulting environment. - Demonstrate a high level of analytical and synthetic thinking. - Deliver clear recommendations and structured insights. - Communicate effectively in French and English (written and spoken). **Key Responsibilities** 1. Assist in diagnosing operational challenges and defining improvement opportunities. 2. Conduct data analysis, develop KPI dashboards, and benchmark performance. 3. Facilitate Lean/Kaizen workshops and Value‑Stream Mapping sessions. 4. Design process rationalization and cycle‑time optimization plans. 5. Contribute to project deliverables (slides, reports, presentations). 6. Support project teams on digital, sustainability, and change‑management initiatives as needed. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical, logical, and problem‑solving abilities. - Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VBA, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint. - Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, VSM, and other process‑improvement frameworks. - Experience with performance‑management tools such as KPI setting and balanced scorecards. - Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. - Fluency in French and English (written & spoken). **Required Education & Certifications** - Current student or recent graduate (≤1 year) with a Bac+5 qualification from an engineering, business, or equivalent university program. - Coursework or internship experience in operations, supply‑chain management, or industrial consulting is preferred. - Valid driver's license (B) is a plus.
