**Job title:** Junior Project Manager – Microsoft Business Central **Role Summary:** Support senior project managers in implementing Microsoft Business Central projects. Gain hands‑on experience in consulting, data migration, configuration, testing, and client training under a certified Microsoft training program. **Expectations:** - Complete Microsoft‑certified training in Business Central. - Transition smoothly from learning to active participation in live projects. - Demonstrate ability to analyze client requirements and communicate solutions effectively. - Deliver high‑quality documentation and support client adoption. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct pre‑sales analysis to demonstrate the solution, estimate costs, and outline timelines. - Gather and assess client needs and specificities. - Execute data migration tasks and ensure data integrity. - Configure Business Central to align with client processes, following best practices and standards. - Produce functional specifications for development teams. - Perform testing of deliveries and validate system functionality. - Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and guide users through testing phases. - Assist in solution deployment and post‑go‑live support. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Effective written and verbal communication in English; French preferred. - Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. - Attention to detail and adherence to project standards. - Basic understanding of ERP concepts and Microsoft Business Central ecosystem. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current student in an engineering school or holder of a technical master’s degree. - Successful completion of a Microsoft Business Central certification course (e.g., MB-300, MB-310).
