Job Description
**Job title:** Senior Compliance Analyst **Role Summary:** Ensures accurate, timely handling of client security questionnaires and privacy requests, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal subject‑matter experts. Leads risk assessment activities, privacy impact assessments, and embeds privacy‑by‑design principles across projects while continuously improving response processes and documentation. **Expectations:** - Provide prompt, accurate responses to client security and privacy inquiries. - Maintain comprehensive records and up‑to‑date documentation for all requests. - Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflow. - Lead and support PIAs/DPIAs, ensuring adherence to global data‑protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.). - Collaborate across functions to embed privacy requirements in new products and systems. - Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness initiatives. - Support internal and external audits related to privacy and data protection. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Serve as the main contact for all client security and privacy requests. 2. Coordinate internal cross‑team information gathering for security questionnaires. 3. Maintain and update request documentation and compliance records. 4. Recommend and drive process improvements for response efficiency. 5. Lead PIAs/DPIAs for new projects and systems. 6. Embed privacy‑by‑design across initiatives. 7. Assist in privacy training program development and delivery. 8. Support audit preparations and external assessments. **Required Skills:** - 2–4 years in security governance, risk, compliance, or privacy roles. - Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27701, and related frameworks. - Experience conducting risk assessments and PIAs/DPIAs. - Familiarity with GRC tools (OneTrust, Drata, etc.) and security questionnaire frameworks (SOC 2, SIG). - Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Ability to work independently and foster cross‑functional collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. - Relevant certifications desirable: CISA, CISM, PIC, CIPM, or similar privacy certification.
