Design and implement communication plans and calendars. 2. Create engaging training materials, including presentations and video content. 3. Deliver live and virtual training sessions. 4. Provide user support, propose enhancements, and assist with new system rollouts. 5. Evaluate training effectiveness and report on outcomes. **Required Skills** - Superior writing, editing, and grammar proficiency. - Strong presentation and on‑camera presence. - Experience producing training media and videos. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and rapid adaptation to new tools. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in communications, education, or related field (preferred). - Certifications in instructional design, corporate training, or related areas are a plus.
