Job Description
**Job Title:** WMS Analyst – GA **Role Summary** Responsible for optimizing warehouse management processes and supporting the implementation of Blue Yonder WMS across distribution centers. Works cross‑functionally to document requirements, train staff, monitor system performance, and resolve issues that impact order fulfillment and inventory accuracy. **Expectations** - Collaborate with supply chain, IT, and operations to drive continuous improvement. - Deliver timely support for WMS during off‑peak hours. - Maintain high service levels for store, cross‑dock, and depot fulfillment. - Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Document functional requirements for new or enhanced WMS projects. - Train leadership and associates on process and system updates. - Monitor and resolve time‑sensitive fulfillment issues; prioritize critical tasks. - Validate new item configurations, resolve allocation exceptions, and ensure network consistency. - Track distribution center storage capacity and recommend corrective actions. - Provide 24/7 support for WMS troubleshooting and incident resolution. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Project management experience in supply chain or store operations. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in store/field support, inventory process management, or supply chain roles. **Preferred Experience** - Prior exposure to Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System. - Experience building knowledge of distribution facility processes, limitations, and controls. - Training or presenting new information to associates. - Supporting or managing third‑party providers.
