Job Title: Solutions Architect
Role Summary
Design, develop, and architect scalable enterprise solutions using Java Spring Boot microservices on AWS. Lead technical strategy, code, and mentor teams while ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design and implement robust microservices, APIs, and integrations on AWS.
2. Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and architecture diagrams.
3. Provide architectural guidance, best‑practice standards, and coding mentorship.
4. Ensure system integrity, performance, and maintainability throughout the software lifecycle.
5. Collaborate with DevOps to define CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and incident response.
6. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate architectural decisions clearly.
Required Skills
- 10+ years overall experience; ≥6 years full‑stack development, ≥5 years solution architecture.
- Proficient in Java 11+, Spring Boot, and designing stateless microservices.
- Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation, IAM).
- Strong understanding of API design, message queues, and service integration patterns.
- Solid DevOps knowledge: CI/CD, containerization, IaC, monitoring, logging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and influence technical decisions.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science (preferred).
- Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional) are advantageous.
