**Job title:** Senior Engagement Manager
**Role Summary:**
Spearhead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of organizational health initiatives to boost employee engagement, belonging, and culture across all sites. Serve as the strategic bridge between leadership and employees, converting engagement data into actionable plans, and championing transparency, inclusivity, and recognition to support growth and operational excellence.
**Expactations:**
• Deliver measurable improvements in engagement scores and cultural health indicators.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to implement and track action plans.
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and lead an organization‑wide health strategy focusing on engagement, belonging, and cultural strength.
- Administer, analyze, and interpret employee engagement and pulse surveys; produce actionable insights and themes.
- Partner with leadership to develop, implement, and monitor engagement action plans at company, department, and site levels.
- Facilitate focus groups, listening sessions, and cultural workshops to reinforce values and connect employees to mission.
- Champion employee voice through open feedback channels and transparent communication.
- Develop and spread core values and cultural behaviors across hiring, daily operations, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with internal communications to spotlight stories that illustrate the company’s culture in action.
- Influence, design, and assess rewards and recognition programs aligned with cultural, DEI, and business objectives.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Leadership teams to roll out engagement improvement initiatives across multiple sites.
- Coach leaders on best practices for communication, engagement, and employee experience.
- Support change‑management efforts that reinforce cultural alignment during rapid growth or transformation.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in employee engagement, culture transformation, or organizational development, ideally in a multi‑site or high‑growth environment.
- Demonstrated success in survey analysis, focus group facilitation, and designing recognition or communication programs.
