**Role Summary:**
Manage end‑to‑end social media strategy for a luxury holistic beauty brand, creating, publishing, and optimizing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other owned channels. Drive brand visibility through high‑quality visuals, engaging copy, community interaction, and data‑driven performance reporting. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align digital tactics with seasonal campaigns and brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop monthly content calendars and coordinated campaigns supporting product launches, events, and cultural trends.
- Produce and edit photo, short‑form video, reels, stories, carousels, and paid‑social assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut.
- Schedule, publish, and maintain posts across Instagram (feed, reels, stories), TikTok, Facebook, and additional platforms.
- Monitor engagement, reply to community interactions, and cultivate supportive online communities.
- Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and recommend optimizations.
- Identify, vet, and collaborate with micro‑influencers and creators to expand reach and authenticity.
**Required Skills:**
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling for a luxury, holistic‑beauty context.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere), and CapCut.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills.
- Video shooting and editing on iPhone, including lighting, sound, and mobile-friendly formats.
- Analytical mindset for social media metrics and audience insights.
- Social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer) and paid‑social optimization knowledge.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or related discipline (preferred).
